Always friendly and helpful. We have a wood stove and a zero clearance wood burning unit. We also bought a unit for my parents. My Auntie really like his good they are so she bought a pellet stove. Very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely happy customers

I am thrilled with the purchase of my new swim spa. The management and staff at Comox Fireplace and Patio have made the entire experience very positive. Right from my first visit to their showroom, the opportunity to sample a swim spa & hot tub, the delivery of my swim spa and the continual exceptional service & training to keep the water treatment perfect. Thank you Denise, and all the gang - especially Denie - for giving that old fashioned customer service. I absolutely love my new toy!

Fantastic store. I recently acquired a Primo XL and I didn't have a stand for it, and the staff was very helpful with helping me a quote for different styles of stands, and other things I would need. Also their prices for lump charcoal are fantastic. Will definitely be going back
