Went to City Furniture after my dishwasher died while we had company visiting. Kam gave me great service. I ended up with an excellent new dishwasher at a good price installed the same day.

I would highly not recommend going here. Walked past the business and one of the employees. An african-american descent fellow, tried to fight me while he was on his break at the back door outside. I was walking with my friend who is homeless and I caught the as s hole whispering about him, basically talkin shi t cuz he was poor and homeless. So I had the courage to yell from a distance at the Employee to not talk about people, thats rude, and he runs at me and tries to start a fist fight. I wouldn't want my family or kids to be near a monster and a person who should be in jail. Just sayin everyone, try something more safe and friendly like Ashley's or Michael's in Kelowna

We found the perfect chair for us which they didn't have in stock. The salesman said he would order one in from the store in Vancouver , he also mentioned to us it would be in within two weeks. We thought great we will have it long before Christmas for company visiting. The salesman phoned us about three weeks later and said it would be in the following week, we never heard from him again, and never did get our chair! I refuse to shop at City Furniture. That certainly is not customer service or how to keep a customer at all!
