Excellent furniture if you can afford it. Low rating is the post sales follow up. After spending thousands of dollars at this store I am left to purchase material to reupholster 2 defective bar chairs at $720 per chair (which they openly admitted the materials were changed due to defect issues) but not covered because I did not drag them back within the year. Although my emails trying to address my concerns were within the year of purchase. I would have expected better customer service when you spend as much as we have here.

I could not be happier with the purchase of my new Stressless/Ekornes living room set. The staff at Scan Designs were so very helpful, knowledgeable, accurate and enjoyable to deal with. Not only did they assist me in finding the couches that would work best for me, but they were also able to help me choose the colours of the leather and the wood that would best complement one another and the space they would be going in. The delivery people were extremely careful and professional and my couches arrived right on time and in beautiful condition. The set is so incredibly comfortable and attractive. The quality and workmanship of the furniture is excellent. A huge thank you to Jesse and Geoff.
