My partner and I have done business twice with Leon's, and both times the experience was unnecessarily frustrating. While their deals are good, the customer service is very poor from the initial purchase up to delivery of the products. Both times we were lied to about delivery times by the sales person, and upon talking to their main customer service, received contradictory information that they wouldn't honour. We bought a couch that was delivered three weeks late. The people who assembled it did it wrong and we had to fix it ourselves as their solution was for us to wait another month + for another couch. The second purchase we were told we could reserve a purchase with a $50 deposit, only to discover that the item wasn't reserved and wasn't going to be delivered to us. If you do business with these people and they make a promise to you, get it in writing or else you will be waiting a long time for nothing. We will be taking our business to Dodd's in the future.

I sent a complaint into the company weeks ago and have had absolutely no response...read below...avoid this CO. at all costs. Wish I could give zero stars Got a quote on mattress and furniture for a bedroom. Went home to confirm measurements and my wife returned 4 days later to purchase. Quotes were not honoured. My wife had pictures of tags on the mattress etc. and still was not honoured. When she brought this up with the salesperson, was told would check with the manager, Still no solution. My wife asked to speak to the manager, so the sales person stepped aside and the manager was right there...tailgating the sales person, eavesdropping on the whole conversation the whole time....no balls to get involved from the get go. Will never go back to this store and would encourage anyone looking for any type of furniture to avoid this place....totally un professional.
