Very bad customer service. Some agents are just rude and aggressive. Extremely unpolite in my last visit. Their model is not about customer satisfaction. It's more about policies and their company rules. Nobody cares about your service or if you are happy about it or missing something or what can be done to make it better. I went to other competitors and found much more customer appreciation. There was one agent named Andrew who was extremely friendly and helpful during our visit though. Anything else is just frustrating. I will never be shopping at this branch again.

We had a great experience with both our sales person and our delivery team that came to deliver our appliances. Kate Kellerman was so helpful with helping us choice the right appliance. She called me back quickly when I had questions. Really appreciated all the assistance from the delivery guys too, they went above and beyond to make the delivery situation quick and easy. Thanks so much. Would deal with the Brick again.

Had great customer service today while purchasing a bed set and small sofa. Andrew and Tom were helpful and easy going to work with. Thank you!

Went bed shopping today. My partner and I went to all the mattress shops in town, but ended up back at the Brick. We were hooked up with a great deal and our sales associate Andrew really made the shopping experience really fun!

I want to shout out to the two exceptional delivery men, Cal and Chris........they delivered two enormous loads of furniture, to my address. Each time they were ahead of schedule, had notified me what time they would be arriving ( so I could get chores done before they arrived!) and were fantastic to work with. They not only took away all the packaging ( and there was a great deal! ) Cal and Chris assembled the furniture very quickly. Thank you thank you thank you........ Hey Cal, hey Chris, you guys rock and Brick is lucky have you on their team.
