Decided to visit this store (with high hopes) on the recommendation of a friend who bought a couple of furniture items from here. So we enter the store and the guy standing by the point-of-sale counter (also known as the cashier) looked up from his screen and didn't even bother to greet us or acknowledge our presence in any manner whatsoever. Okay we thought maybe it is the norm in this place or maybe he didn't like us Indians. We decided to go ahead and find out what we needed from the store. Unfortunately no one was there to help us. A girl (with pierced nose or some sort of ring on her nose) was having loud and animated conversations with someone else (presumably another employee) at the back of the store. We waited for our turn to talk with her but she seemed uninterested in even looking at us. Finally we asked information about the availability of a chair to her and all we got was a weird head-nod from her. She was not at all helpful; she was plainly disinterested in making a sale and it seemed as though she was in a hurry to continue talking with the other employee who was at the back of the store. Needless to say, we just left the place in disgust. Maybe my hard-earned money is better spent elsewhere - preferably at a Swedish-founded multinational group that designs and sells ready-to-assemble furniture.

My experience at this location has been positive. The first time I came in, I saw two items that showed in stock on the website so I came in hoping to pick them both up. Unfortunately both of them were not available. One was partially in stock but when the associate checked the box, she noticed the pieces were damaged. She was extremely helpful and I was glad she checked the box first. When I got home, I ordered both pieces online (beginning of January) with their expected in-stock dates at the end of January and beginning of February. I was OK with the one month wait. The reason I took off 2 stars was the actual shopping experience of Structube and not this location. I didn't get the items until mid-March. The reason for this was one item was very delayed but unless I called them, refunded the order, repurchased the items separately, then called them to prioritize the order, they couldn't split it. Also, you get an email about the order finally shipping, but you get a text about when it arrives. I put in my billing number which is different than my cell phone and I never got notified when the items arrived (I eventually contacted support to check on them). The items themselves were pretty nice, with a few cosmetic issues but not enough for me to go through the process of exchanging or returning them. You really have to be willing to wait if you want items from Structube but I find them a bit higher in quality and design than IKEA. If you order multiple items and want to get them as they come in, order them separately. When I picked up my items, I think I had the same associate and again she was very pleasant and helpful.

My husband and I were going to buy a new sofa and chairs from you but after reading all the reviews we are staying clear of your business! Thank goodness for reviews. Everyone can be warned!

I like some of the furniture but the stock is so limited you always end up waiting 6 weeks or so for delivery. Half the stuff is not on display. Ordered an acia side table and of course it's different than the floor model. On the other hand, we're happy with the floor lamp we ordered. I suppose the model works for them but it leaves a bit to be desired. They have some nice stuff so if you can get past all that you can get some decent furniture for reasonable prices.

Helpful staff, organized and tidy store floor... Lovely arrangement of furniture and lots of variety... Excellent choice for new condos, hi-end with great prices.
