Sales men were nice. Purchased a sofa, credenza a coffee table. Turns out the coffee table was not suitable. We went to the brick to look for another coffee table and return the other one. Could not find one we liked. We did find a bed on clearance. We went to customer service to arrange getting the bed delivered and p/u the coffee table. We asked if they could wave the delivery fee since this would be a 2nd in a week. Well the manager we will call her Ms. B!!!! had attitude on her and said they don't deliver outside Vancouver and we would have to arrange to have it p/u. It was how we were talked to and treated that I will never shop at the Brick again. I will go to another furniture store were I will be treated like a real customer and they don't have a manager with an attitude and chews there gum with there mouth open. Yeah you Ms B!!!!!

Store experience was great. Everything else was unacceptable. Box springs came with a hole and couch came with a hole. If you don't call within 2 days after receiving the product, they will not exchange it. Sadly, I could not open my packages because renovations were happening so I had to leave them sitting. Resolutions were either a $50 refund or they could have someone come fix it. For a $3000 + order, I would expect better customer service and resolutions. Save yourself and buy your furniture else where

Bought a washer dryer there, found a better price during their weekend sale, they refunded the difference, no questions, no fuss, all with a smile. The sale was so helpful and comfortable to talk to. Delivery guys was on time very professional. I would buy from them again!
