I’m so upset at myself for not reviewing this site before purchasing. My experience is the same as the poor ratings. No delivery on promised dates for 2 weeks now. Both times they never called me, I’m waiting at home for a phantom delivery guy... I call the first time and the salesman, Ray, told me to call the delivery guy (shouldn’t they call??). So I call the delivery guy and he says he doesn’t have my couch and not coming to my area and to call the store. I call Ray back and he says he’ll call me back. Ray calls me back and says there’s a problem at the factory with a bunch of orders and he’ll get back to me in a couple days. He calls me a couple days later and says my couch is ready for delivery so we set up a time. I double checked with him that the couch is ready and that it will be delivered on this date and time and he assured me that the couch is ready and will be delivered. I told him that I do not want to waste another day waiting for nothing. He said for sure the couch would be delivered. 2nd delivery day comes and goes...no couch. I call Ray again and he looks into it and tells me that they only made the frame and just waiting on the fabric so my couch will arrive NEXT WEEK. I ask Ray why he promised me 2 weeks in a row that my couch is coming when it’s not even made yet? Again he says it’s the factory’s fault and there are other orders before me that are delayed. I told him I don’t care about the other orders, I just want my couch and shouldn’t he know whether it’s ready or not? If it’s not then don’t tell me it’s ready and make a delivery date and have me waiting for nothing! He offered me the factory number to call and said there’s nothing he can do for me and the manager is not in. This is the worst experience ever and I hope that no one else goes through this as many other posters have expressed the same experiences.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for furniture that was good quality and reasonably priced. JR fit the bill. Lots to chose from, service persons who were available and helpful but did not hover and a reasonably quick delivery service. Overall, a 5 star experience.

This place is a joke. We bought a sectional leather sofa here. When they delivered the sofa which was 3 weeks late the carriers were careless and in a rush where they scratched my hardwood floors. After 2 complaints in which one was in person to this store they sent a guy with a felt pen to cover up the scratches. YOU GOTTA BE S*#!=^@G ME. A freakin felt pen!!!! This place has poor customer service and a lack of understanding that great customer service brings back customers. I dont believe those words exists in their vocabulary. NEVER shop here or to any of their other stores and this owner doesn't care about you once you pay them. Perhaps I should go and scratch up his floors at home and see how he feels. This place should be given a minus 5 and not any stars. Pathetic business.

Went for a sale. Didn't have sale item on display. Was up-sold to another model. Furniture average to poor construction. A $1,000 couch started developing sags within a month. Now you sit down and instantly lean to one side. Not going back.

Customer service is great at the start...the sales rep was very enthusiastic and friendly. However it all went completely DOWNHILL after the transaction completed: late delivery (OVER FOUR WEEKS after the approximate delivery date- with no notice whatsoever), defected furniture that they will NOT fix, and employees that will LIE and SCAM you for your money. DON'T STEP FOOT INTO THIS STORE, the poor reviews are all true!!!!!
