Brand new Sven sectional never even sat on. Does this look new? Not happy. Customer service sadly lacking in people skills. Poor quality sofa

I just spoke to an article rep and they have terrible customer service. I'm very unhappy with the outdoor furniture I've purchased. I've only had the items for a few months (opened it up less than a month ago because we were away) and the sectional and chair are wobbly. In addition, the fabric on the sectional feels (rough) and is extremely cheap material. There's also this weird white spot on the fabric of sectional. It looks like the colour is faded in the area or there was not enough dye on the area. My toddler refuses to sit on the sectional because of the rough texture scrapping against her legs. For the price, I'd expect better quality. Article should not be selling uncomfortable furniture at such a high price.

High quality stylish, beautiful and modern furniture with exceptional customer service. They also have high standards for how they treat their employee's, which means you are supporting a business that supports its workers.

Bought two sofas from Article for two different properties. One has been totally fine so far. The other leather one has had a few issues. When I reached out to their customer service about one of these issues, I was told to go to Walmart to buy additional products to fix it. Terrible customer service. When you spend thousands of dollars with a company, you expect better.

Really high quality furniture and a very fair price. I really like my dining room chairs from Article!
