Brian was great! Or maybe he spells his name Bryan, not sure. He was friendly, energetic, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and considerate. Thought it should be known. He answered my questions, brought me to what i was looking for, gave me added information, and saved me some money, and all while keeping me engaged with good eye contact, good listening skills, and an engaging smile. All of it led up to a good experience. Gave it a "4" because the sheet selection was not great for what i was looking for. (Waiting for the fall selection to come up). All sorts of deals going on right now. Check it out.

Not very impressed with the quality here. Sure you can save some money but if you are buying furniture you want it to last awhile so I would recommend going elsewhere for that. Otherwise, I am sure all their other products are just fine for what they are.

Store was nice, clean, bright and well organized...but when it came to finding the cash out it was hard to find...walked around the store at least 3 times saw a counter in the back that was for ordering....then I found a maze packed with smalls - stuffed in a corner and at the end of the maze was a woman almost having to yell I can help you here! It was like being a mouse looking for cheese... they should at least put a sign up high enough for customers to know where to pay.

I thought we finally found a product at JYSK we good use, an office chair. We brought it home to assemble and realized the bolt-holes were misaligned. How does that even get past quality control... Oh, there isn't any. We tried to save $20-$40 dollars and wasted 2 hours of our precious lives. Why do we try?
