Our experience with Kamani and Golnaz was warm, welcoming and professional. From the moment we walked in we were attended to and given lots of helpful advice. These two ladies are excellent assets to the business as we had to furnish a living room and didn't know where to start. Thanks to these two ladies, we are very happy with our order and look forward to delivery. Thank you so much for a great shopping experience.

The clerk spent a huge amount af time with us. She didn't pressure us at all and really helped us. We got what we wanted and were really pleased with the excellent service. Everything was clear and there were no surprises. Now we are looking forward to getting our couch.

Upon entering La-Z–Boy, my wife and I were first confronted by beautiful furniture and then by friendly staff. In particular, an associate guided us through the types of pullout couch options, and then took us to see the regular couches. Next, we explored reclining chairs and discovered that a regular couch would best suit our needs. Though agreeable discussion the associate Theresa took note of our interest in the Kennedy Premier sofa and the Amanda Premier pull–out couch and showed us a cost write-up. The following week we returned and met the associate, who again showed us the same couches. She also showed us carpets, as well as complimentary cushion patterns, and sold us a display table as well. She compassionately investigated our needs, allowed us to consider the options, and was not pushy (an excellent sales trait). I will recommend this company and location to my friends and family for the product quality and fabulous customer service.

This store is still excellent, even after the Gerber family sold it. I loved that family. They were so honest and helpful. I always felt like part of the family when I entered the store. The new owner seems to want the store to have somewhat of the same feeling. The staff is very friendly and there are plenty of them present to help customers. Nobody pushed us, at all. A young lady, Golnaz, made her availability known and we utilized her expertise as needed. She was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We were very impressed by her. She is somebody I would hire for my own business. We bought two La-Z-Boy recliners this time around. We will be returning shortly for dining chairs.

Debora is just the loveliest sales associate. She helped us through the decision making process, she was patient and knowledgeable, and she crossed every t and dotted every i to ensure we ended up with exactly what we wanted. Debora provided an Outstanding Customer Experience and I will shop at LaZBoy again specifically to work with her.
