This store has terrible customer service. My wife and I bought a cabinet to be picked up a few days later since I would need some help carrying it into my place. So they took the payment fine but when we went to pickup the item it had mysteriously disappeared. That is not even the worst part, a lady named Gee was working there and was so rude I cannot believe she works in customer service. When my wife called to let them know I was on my was this lady told her that she needed to come during business hours even though they are open until 9. She said we would not be able to get the item cause a warehouse worker was not available. IT WAS THE FLOOR MODEL AND I BROUGHT MY OWN HELP!! after telling her this she said to call the salesman and then walked away. Once I did her job for her another lady came who was quite helpful but could not find the item still. Fed up with looking we decided to wait until the next day for the salesman to figure it out. Before I left the lady said we would probably have it sent to us for the trouble. The next day the salesman called and said they had taken the item to the warehouse to be prepared for pickup even though the pickup date was when I said I would be there. He then mentioned that the item could not be delivered because it was already costing them "too much" FOR THEIR OWN PROBLEM!! now I must either try to arrange another day when I can get it picked up which was hard enough as it is since it need to be during "business hours". I am tempted to return the item since the "great deal" just seems like a great deal of work. This place cannot even work out pickup instructions... all you need to do is have the item there!

No signage on loading bay doors, talked to like i was a child because I don’t know their system of shipping receiving..a system that they know but don’t let anyone else know.. Why not do it like every other store on the planet.. And don’t talk to customers like you have no time for them... would not recommend shopping here based on customer treatment alone.

We were shopping for a power recliner and found one we liked from Sandy's. After reading the negative reviews (i.e. damaged furniture when it arrives, delayed delivery, etc) we were hesitant about making a purchase but Neil, the wonderful sales who helped us, assured us our recliner will arrive on time. And it did! I'm taking 1 star off because our lower backs would start hurting after a while, which isn't too big of a deal since it serves as a reminder for us to get up and stretch. Thanks, Neil, for all your help!

We had previously purchased two leather couches from this store that we were mostly satisfied with (the color has been rubbing off but they were comfortable), so we decided it was worth coming back. We purchased a store-brand sectional sofa bed. Initially we were pleased, but after sitting on it for a month, we both experienced terrible pain in our lower backs, which we quickly realized was due to the poor support of the couch. We reached out to the store, hoping to exchange the couch for something higher quality (we were willing to spend $2000 more), but we were immediately shot down with absolutely no wiggle room. Clearly they will not stand by their store brand products, nor care if they are so poorly made that they physically hurt their buyers. Won't be purchasing from them again.

We were looking for a bedroom set and were on the fence about committing but Ji was extremely knowledgeable and understood our needs and appreciated our budget. Fantastic shopping experience and I also learned a lot about the variety of suppliers, quality etc. Sandy’s will more then likely have what you need whatever your budget. Thanks Ji!
