Very good experience. Clean and easy to find. Lots of customer pickup parking. Customer service was easy to find and very helpful. 7 bays for service. Not a long wait once at the pickup bays. A much better experience than the old pickup area at Surrey Central. Was told in advance to have picture ID ready and given a very detailed map of how to get there.

No directions. Web page directions send you to Burnaby. 20 minutes to get 1 item and only 1 person ahead. Staff worked like they would rather be somewhere else.Experience from start to finish with Leon's was poor.
