I'd been without a dryer for almost two months and laundry in a household with two small children had become a nightmare. My parents offered me a dryer for my birthday and I saw the matching model to my washing machine at the Brick for a slightly better price than Costco. I had a very tight budget and the sales assistant (I wish I could remember her name) and her colleagues and manager all worked with me for quite some time to help me figure out how to get what I needed. What's more, they never once tried to make me feel embarrassed for not having the money to pay for all the extras. Delivery was much faster than any other place I researched - I think it was just two days, actually. The delivery men were amazing. They took my old dryer out and installed the new dryer in under 5 minutes, all while still being friendly and conversational! Totally stress-free. It impressed me enough that I will head to the Brick the next time I need anything furniture or appliance related.

Bik was a great sales he knew is stuff. He explained it to us with a no pressure attitude, He acknowledged our needs and spoke to my wife and I very professionally. He gave us option and great explanations. A great experience and we will definitely let all our friends know how great he is.

I wish I could give negative stars. My mother and I went in there a few years ago looking for a great deal on a couch. I had asked a salesmen if he could get us a great price on a specific couch and I had seemed to offend him somehow. He told my mother and I that we were not welcome and to leave immediately. I feel I was racially profiled, and I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING AT THE BROCK EVER UNTIL THE DAY I DIE.

Worst customer service ever. Never buy anything thing from this place . Even if the item never opened same day no return what so ever . They're super nice until they get your money. Once they got it , It turn ugly Update: August 3.2018 Few days ago the Brick head office contacted me and enquired about my issue with Surrey Branch. They were very polite and understanding. They work with me to resolve the issue . Thanks head office. Issue resolved This is the good customer service for future business.

Went to The Brick in Surrey Centre mall looking for a new bed. The salesman (S. Yadwinder) was helpful, knowledgable and friendly. We found the perfect bed for us and it was even on sale! They delivered it on the day we requested it (even gave me a tracking number so I knew when they were in transit), during the time they said they would. The driver called a few minutes prior to arrival and they set up the adjustable base and mattress quickly and efficiently, and took all the packaging with them. There was a dirty mark on the cover and The Brick called the manufacturer on our behalf, who had them replace the cover at no cost and then The Brick even sent me an email to confirm my Warranty would not be compromised because of the replacement factory cover. I had never purchased anything from The Brick before and had heard both good and bad stories from people who had from other locations, but our experience was great from the moment we walked in the door until we woke up from our first great night sleep. We will be purchasing all of our furniture and appliances from them from now on.
