I noticed this place a few months ago while I was downtown and happened to be in the market for a couch at the time, so I figured I'd check it out. Ended up getting a nearly brand new love seat for a great price, owners were very kind and friendly and were a huge help loading it into my car. Very pleased with the service and the couch, though it did smell quite strongly of sauerkraut for the next week or two...

Way too expensive for their quality. I saw a cabinet price at 199.00 and you can find one like it or almost for 179.00 brand new. What a rip off

Do Not Buy any large Appliances from this Rats Nest !!! They are not tested, and Not Guaranteed! They have a 24hr return policy, but if you buy a fridge they will argue it takes up to 2 days to settle the coolant. Sorry no refund for me !!! What a Horrible Place, but great if you’re a crackhead who wants to redecorate your sheltered area. Only buy from places like Baron’s or Bellevue Trade Centre in Parksville, They test and Guarantee their appliances.

I found this store to be completely dreary and very cold while taking a look around. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I ended up buying a nice recliner which I took home and ended up finding an empty condom wrapper in the crease of the cushion. I’m sorry but ummm shouldn’t you be cleaning and taking a look see before you sell your furniture for almost 200$ that’s gross and unsanitary and completely unprofessional, I would never reccomend this place to anyone. Horrible sanitation protocols
