I really appreciate the work ethic and time Russ gives every time I need to make a purchase from the Brick. Whether it be a small item like an area rug to bigger items like washers and dryers, Russ gives the best advise and answers my questions about specific bands. He goes above and beyond to make suggestions to what he believes are better items that will fit my families needs. Russ is always kind and always flexible when it comes to my schedule and he never pressures you into a sale. I love that he remembers my name and is really friendly to my kids.

Great customer service and wonderful people. We recently bought a sectional couch at the Brick. After reading a horrible review on google I was a bit thrown back. I have to say, that person was clearly having a bad day and taking it out on the wrong people. We had exceptional service here. A man named Russ, and a new manager helped us (sorry I forgot your name) Russ made us feel comfortable. Not trying to push us into buying anything we didn’t want to. Talked to us on a level of professionalism that I’ve never received. The new manager was also great! Because he was new, Russ (who’s been there for many years I’m assuming cause he’s got all the answers) was right by his side helping him to help us, with all our questions. People write bad reviews about stuff this store has no control over. Didn’t get your product deliveried to the store on time? Guess what? it comes from a wearhouse off coast. These guys aren’t out to disappoint you! Thanks for all your help with my purchases. I’ll be back for the coffee table (And the inhaler worked) THANKS RUSS.

Worst sales person Iv ever met/ management. Couldn’t even get off his chair to help me. And I was told 1 week till my stuff come in and now it’s over 2 weeks. Won’t pay for shipping even though it’s raining now all week.

I was charged $50 to repair a defect on a brand new couch. They do not stand behind their products. I bought a couch and decided to pick it up. When I got it home and attached the legs, one leg was extremely crooked. I called and they said bring it back & we will fix it. I had already removed all the packaging so there was no way I could bring it back without getting it dirty or damaged. Since it was defective, I asked if they could not send someone out to fix it. They said no. I asked if they would pick it up then and they said sure, for $50!! I argued that it was unfair that I should pay $50 to have a defect on a brand new couch repaired but they were adamant that was the only solution. So, I paid the $50. Basically, the couch ended up costing $50 more than it should have. See the previous review. Maybe they had the same experience. I am not impressed.
