I came in just to look but I can say the staff here are really nice and helpful. For a place in Vancouver called urban brick you would expect a lot more condo sized furniture but nope not here. There’s a few parking spaces in the back of the store.

The brick is a affordable furniture store with many modern and some conservative choices for different dynamics!

One word, brutal. It's a total scam, sham, whatever you want to call it. I won't but from this place ever. There is better value out there and the way it's set up, it's set up to total take advantage of people who can't think for themselves. A bunch of scan artists. Advertising at it's best, BS is what they sell. Don't trust the sales people or the customer service reps, unfortunately. I understand everyone has a loving to earn, but there is no integrity here, and there's a lot better value out there.

I've never written such a long review, that must mean I absolutely hated the experience. When I came in to get everything needed for my bed setup, I asked for the manager's expertise - Ali. Both him and his sales guy, Adarsh said the frame is what I needed with nothing else. I had to sell myself on the mattress cover which they quickly agreed with. I even asked specifically if I needed a box spring and they said "No as it will be very high up" and the frame should be enough. Later, when the bed frame arrived, we realized that we needed slats. My fault or not, that is their job to sale me or at least suggest it (don't they want to make money?!). Anyways, the manager told me it will be available the following Thursday, not that I will have to wait until it's finally available. I specifically prepared a car to pick it up although thought it should've been covered for something these guys messed up on. As it's $99 to drive it 5 minutes across the bridge but that's the way it is so nothing I can say about that. Thursday came, and of course, they are behind. Told me it will be there the week after, then that day came, and again, told me the following week. That's 3 weeks sleeping on the floor and 3 weeks of the bed frame being in the boxes along my walls. Then i finally assemble it, and see the scratches + what seems to be an attempt to cover them up (but it failed). The manager somehow managed to make it sound like it's all my fault and he said - word for word - "You know what, there are too many issues with this order, we can just take it back from you and once we have it, we will refund you". Well isn't that great - let's cause me a headache for this long just so i go back to square one. Watch he will reply here most likely with "we gave you the slats at no cost". That's $105 and they are not even slats, it's a flat board with a cover on top but that's not the point. The issue is that the customer service is absolutely terrible.
