Showed up to get a new phone. Asked not to be offered bell, said virgin you could have. I asked if they were a bell company or connected and the sales guy told me I was wrong when I said that they were. I went with it and then near the end it was bell connected. These guys will bs you for a sale. Drive to another one or get the same stuff at Walmart or online

I went to this store today with what turned out to be a fairly complex problem. The assistant manager, Jonathan, was very customer service oriented, did not get flustered, and worked with me to find a resolution suitable to my problem. A big thank you to Jonathan for taking the time and putting in the effort to turn what could have been a very bad experience into a positive one for me.

I came to buy an Apple Watch using Apple Pay At an electronic store, not brain surgery, but neither of their keypads worked with Apple Pay. no tech support on a saturday. young salesman tried but manager unconcerned totally. Can’t buy one online with my credit card number and walk out of the store with one. This seems ridiculous so I contacted their customer support and asked to speak with a manager, no dice. It’s a policy she said. No wonder the Source is drying up. The manager also tried to tell me that even though they sell Apple watches with cellular support anywhere else, that at the Source you could only buy one of these if you bought a plan to go along with it. Absolutely no interest in making a sizable sale happen, apologizing for me not having my credit card rather than an electronic store selling a piece of electronics should have their own electronics working. Apple Pay has worked from gas station to motel to insurance brokerage office, etc., between Vancouver and trail. Goodbye Source and good riddance.

We were helped by a young man named Chris. He was very knowledgeable and could not have done more to help us.
