Generally I really like this store. But I went in with my roommate and son the other day just to browse and we were followed from the minute we walked in the store. The woman following us around didn't even try to make it look like she was working, as since my roommate and I both worked retail we know what she was doing. I understand its part of the job, but we did nothing to warrant it, we had only ourselves and our wallets, wearing tank tops and leggings, while the tweaker looking people with backpacks were left to do as they pleased. It made us both feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, so instead of sticking around and possibly buying more things, we purchased our 2 items and left with very little intention of going back.

My entire experience here was doing a return for my cousin while she went in another store next door... But they took the return without any question (I had a receipt but some places treat you like you're trying to rob them getting a return - none of that here). Also took a quick look around and was surprised how cheap it seemed. I might have to start shopping a big lots. Honestly, prior to this I thought they were just a home decòr shop like pier 1 or something but they have a variety of things actually... (Disclaimer: I've never been to pier 1 imports, either, so have no reference for that comparison, lol...)

I have always been pleased with this location. They have a lot to choose from. Prices are good on somethings and average on others. It can be hit or miss. The people that work here are helpful and friendly.

Actually I visited 3 days in a row, practically furnished my whole apt, and the employees there are patient, knowledgeable of products for sale, and very attentive to my needs.
