Nice store with some good deals. Staff could be more friendly. Seems like they don't want to be there.

I grew up in a family where my Dad frequented every store in our area, and even on holidays whenever he located one! It is now my families go to for all our home and auto needs. Love this place!

Purchased a set of Continental Winter Contact SI at Vernon location but they couldn't install them for 2 weeks! Kelowna CT was able to get me in next business day. Excellent job on install and wheels were torqued to proper specs not just zipped up with impact wrench.

I got new winter tires and rims yesterday and also had them replace a wheel stud that broke when I got a flat tire a couple weeks ago. They charged me $132 to fix the one broken stud and took just under 5 hours to switch the tires. They also charged me $130 for a "thrust alignment" which I'm pretty sure my car didn't need since its only a few years old. I just feel like they took advantage of me because I'm young and a woman and obviously don't know very much about cars.

Of the big box stores, Canadian Tire has the best success rate of actually having advertised items in stock, and at reasonable prices. Quality surpasses larger American chain bobble stores. The staff at this location however seem hard done by, or just too busy to pay much attention to you when you have questions, save pointing in the direction(ish) of roughly where they believe something is.
