Don’t even know where to begin. These guys know their stuff, and share their knowledge without giving too much info at once. I’m thrilled with our purchase of a king size bed and frame. I did so much research and price comparisons between so many places and without a doubt, the quality and pricing of their products is hard to compete with. They didn’t have exactly what we wanted in the store but they ordered it in for us, and to my delight only a week and a half later it arrived! I mean I ordered sheets from QE that took longer to ship. Our mattress is the perfect fit, and the frame exceeded my expectations of what we would find. I highly recommend them!

Do not buy a mattress here!!! Worst customer service ever!! We bought a mattress here for our guest room. After a few guest slept on it and commended how uncomfortable it was we went back to the store this weekend. We were told to buy a pillow top and there was nothing else they could do for us. It was also the way that he talked to us with the expression of go F..... yourself. Would not recommend this place to anybody! Including my worse enemy! I had to give it one star otherwise I could not post it. But I would give them zero stars!

The first guy I dealt with (beard) was great, and I thought I made a good mattress purchase, but it was too firm and my nerves were being negatively affected. I tried multiple (up to three) at a time toppers to no success. I did a 90-day comfort exchange that I had to argue for. The "exchange" cost me an extra $450 and now it's horrible in a different way (causing massive lower back pain which I've never had in my life). I've tried up to two toppers on this one and it only made it worse. Upon calling the store, I was treated like a moron and told my "only options are no options" by the rude guy (bald). While trying to work out a deal to ameliorate the issue he hung up on me. Great. So $800+ out the window and no bed and nothing to show.

My Fiancé and I went to Real Deal because she wanted a Hybrid mattress ( a solid latex was too expensive but a hybrid - foam and latex, was affordable), We also purchased a foam bed for our teenage son. Everything was fine for a couple months and then our mattress started to sag and become uneven. Our backs began to hurt. We approached the owner of the store and mentioned our problems. He had us take photo’s of the bed frame, he said the bed frame looked good. Then he got me to take photo’s of the mattress dipping, essentially not believing me until I could prove it. The dips were almost 2 inches after we slept on it. Then he asked if we had centre support for our frame, on finding out we didn’t have any he said that they had no liability and that was our problem (our bed is looks fairly strong below). After expressing incredulity that this could have caused the crazy dips in our foam he said we could contact the manufacturer. He claimed that he had problems with the manufacturer but that I could call him myself. I called the manufacturer in Ontario who says he had nothing to do with these beds, doesn’t make hybrid beds and has never supplied them hybrid beds ever. When I checked back with Real Deal they said he was lying?! but that they couldn’t help us, are you kidding me? I did everything he asked and finally offered to pay for half of the foam bottom layer so we could put this behind us, he refused flat out. The mattress was so bad we slept on our teenage sons while he was gone, it was heaven. Now we have shoved a piece of 3/4 plywood between the layers (and it is much better than it was) and are saving money for a new mattress from somewhere that has ethics. Use extreme caution when buying from Real Deal, is my advice :(
