I bought two mattresses from here a few months ago. The price was good, and the quality of the mattresses was great. The staff was very helpful, especially Julie who answered all of my questions in detail. I think a lot of the bad reviews on google are from when the store was owned by other people, a few years ago. I tried to buy a mattress from them, but they were so unpleasant I walked out. But different, much nicer people are running the store now.

Unreliable! I booked 4 months in advance tohave our couch restuffed and when I called to confirm pick up time 2 days before the date, I was told they were much too busy and were booked into next year. I did not receive a phone call to say they wouldn't be able to do the work they had agreed to do. Nor did I receive an apology for letting me think they were coming to pick up the couch when in fact they had no intention of doing so.Very poor customer service!

Brutal customer service! Busy so tried for months to get ballparks via email with no responses. Finally went in person and person was pretty short and unfriendly but decided to go ahead anyway. Needed to cancel right away (before they would have had a chance to even order) and was given run around. Placed on hold if I called and never picked up...no email responses. Was left a message one time saying the promised delivery time would more than double...not even acknowledging that I tried to cancel right away. Still won't do anything or reply. Am now out just over $400 thanks to this company. BEWARE!!!

Made the mistake of buying a $100 pillow at this place. Besides the manufacture tag noting that it was 2 years old, when I went to unwrap it and zipped off the cover to wash it, the 'brand new' foam pillow was filthy and had a big gash in it!! Apparently, a used broken piece of foam with a nice clean cover over it in the hopes no one would notice. I have no idea what the history of the pillow is but it sure as heck wasn't worth even being on the shelf and sold in a store, nonetheless being passed off as a new pillow. Really disappointed and feel really scammed. Wrote to discuss the matter and was told I needed to pay international shipping charges to get them the item that was their responsibility and mistake to fix, then got chastised for emailing instead of calling!! Unbelievable. Especially note-worthy is that aside from the utter lack of professionalism or customer service, none of the expected questions were asked - brand and model of pillow, purchase date, pictures, etc - incredibly suspicious, really made me feel like selling faulty items was intentional practice. I can't remember having such a bad combination of experience buying a product. Reading the reviews here, I can't imagine how this place gets any business. Victoria has several highly rated foam shops that will get my business next time. Never again. Don't waste your time and money here, you'll regret it.

I just bought a new mattress and not only was the service friendly and very helpful, my new mattress has help me get my best sleep ever! I would recommend everyone to shop here as you can rest assured you made the right choice. Forgot to mention they also had the best prices too. Does it get any better :). Terry Ross
