I love the bean bags they are selling here, however, the staff working here are really not that friendly. They have that “I really don’t care about you, I rather not be here” kind of attitude. We were not greeted walking into the store, and they staff are literally just sitting there and looked bored. We ended up buying several items, but only because we knew what we wanted and didn’t want to drive to Tsawwassen mills or Metrotown. The service at those two stores are way better with extremely friendly staff who are always there and willing to provide help anytime you ask. I probably wouldn’t be back here to buy more items just to avoid the awkward and unfriendly environment in this particular store.

Me and my wife along with my kids came to the story a little while ago to buy a few things potentially for the kids. I was iffy at first however was easily convinced afterwards coming in. I was speaking to one of the workers, I believe her name was shayla or Sheela and she really was amazing. She told us everything we needed to know, explained how to use it by letting us all demo, and she answered any question we had. She was very kind and very outgoing and energetic and and that’s the type of attitude u need for a job like this. Very impressed with the store and am considering to buy more during Christmas time because of how much we’re enjoying our bean bags and the great customer service.

Not sure what to think. I went into the store, which had 3 employees working. I was browsing the small store, and at no point was offered assistance by any of the three unoccupied staff. There are no prices, or any other information on the products, without staff help it's a difficult store to shop in. I left after 10 or 15 minutes, without any offer of assistance. 30 or so minutes later, I went into the store with my wife. There was only one staff member, who within a couple of minutes offered my wife assistance.

I came in here with my roommates 3 year old son for about ten minutes for him to investigate the brightly coloured bean bags and such they had sitting out on the ground. He wasn’t acting out at all or being obnoxious and I watched him closely the whole time. The young teen working was far more concerned with the group of guys about her age who were filtering in and out of the store and letting them sit in the children’s area to vape and play music out of their phones while she tried to look cute and toss her shoulder length hair. She had no interest in answering any of my questions about the products and snapped at my roommates son once or twice when he interrupted her flirting with the guys. Horrible service, will not be back. EDIT: in response to the 'owner'... if a business uses your logo and carries products with your branding, I'd be a bit more concerned about how the employees there are representing your company, as they most definitely are. saying it is a 'warehouse store' is no excuse for poor service.

Products are amazing albiet pricey, however, staff leaves much to be desired with unfriendly encounters, being avoided, and delivering a generally uncaring vibe and feel. Often seen on their phones sitting on the products rather walking around helping and interactig with the customers, unacceptable behaviour. For luxury priced products, the staff should be at LEAST decent, to be treated so coldly is ridiculous considering the products.
