So grateful for the informative assistance that Pat Churcher gave us as we are transitioning from the Lower Mainland to the Island. We were trying to decide if we should keep our Direct Buy membership and she was able to give us great information to help us make that decision. We have talked with various people via chat and phone who are connected to Direct Buy regarding a recent order. None of these people were from the Vancouver East Store and none were as friendly and as helpful as Pat. Thanks Pat

This place has excellent service! I was trying to get some new flooring and was debating between carpet and laminate and Pat Churcher was so knowledgeable and helpful! She explained the pros and cons of the different materials and the brands, told me about the promotions for one of the carpet choices that I was considering! I also like the fact that you can sign out the carpet or other flooring for a few days to take home to see how they fit with the rest of the decor of the house! She also showed me the list of local service people that gives discounts for Direct Buy members so I can find one for doing the installation! Without her help I am probably still debating on what to buy instead of having my carpet arrived and ready for installation!

Pat was very helpful...actually all of them were very helpful. I got extra tips and tricks tutorials for online pricing also. I used DirectBuy for house renovations a few years ago and now using it for my condo. So far it’s flooring, fridge and dishwasher. My opinion of DirectBuy is that I seem to spend the same amount but I get a higher Quality product or brand name for the same $

My husband and I are in the amazing process of building our new home. We were advised to sign up with DirectBuy Vancouver and we have been so grateful and happy in doing so! The assistance we have received with buying our appliances, designing and ordering our kitchen, and choosing samples has been outstanding. Megan Taylor has made each of our visits to DIrectBuy Vancouver short, sweet and most enjoyable! Thank you Megan!

Pat Churcher is proficient, professional & courteous... She sets realistic/reasonable expectations & is able to provide answers every step of the way (if needed). Couldn’t be happier with our experience dealing with DirectBuy of Vancouver East. Thank-you Pat for being there for us.
