Bought table clock, beautiful design, worked only 1 week. Will not go there again.

My sales associate did a fantastic job helping me with my dinnerware purchases. However a second sales associate was unprepared to help us in the store, was rude and unprofessional. Had it not been for the first sales associate, would have left the store and not made any purchases just because of how rude the second woman was - terrible service.

Horrible, horrible customer service. I was actually yelled at by the male staff member for returning a mirror. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store over the years and this is the treatment I get. Reported him to head office and I got no response. I will never shop there again!!

Bought a Buffet on Sale (50%) off, plus 10% off the SALE price!!!!! Really GREAT deal. Beautiful piece for my dining room. The item arrived within the 2 week promised. The Delivery Service was excellent. The delivery men, not only unpacked the item - they also put the few pieces that needed to be installed together - AND disposed of the cardboard. So I had nothing to do afterward. I am very pleased with my Purchase and the service.

Ordered a bed frame almost 2 months ago and still haven't received it. At the time of purchase, they said 2 weeks at most. They keep bs'ing about how the frame is not delivered from Toronto warehouse. They don't bother updating customers about the delay, we had to call every time to ask and they keep delaying every time we call. (they say it'll be in 2 weeks > a month > 2 months, etc). Staffs working in this location don't seem to care about walk-in customers and they are not friendly in general. Cancelling my order and never looking back.
