Great customer service and quality product. Fair prices compare to other furniture stores.

Quality products, friendly service, and excellent displays. My experience with The Brick was very professional from the start. In this world that we live in today, it is great to work with a business that seems to really care about its customers. Highly recommend to go visit the store.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Awful customer service. Seems like people working there are just their to make commison. went to buy a mattress for around $500. When asked about the price I was told to not worry about it. Then once we tested the recommended mattress, and told them that our price is around 500 the sales rep said OK let me check... left and never came back Had the same experience with two other sales rep who approached us... And once I described my price and requirements they told us to wait, left and never came back Finally last sales rep told us no sorry we don't sell anything this cheap as we care for our customer and told us about off gassing on cheap mattresses and how they don't sell these type of mattresses, when off gassing is really only a concern for memory foam mattresses and tends to be only a problem on new mattress and can go away in 24 hours or by simply putting a mattress protector on top. (google it) overall seems like they don't really care for the customer and their needs but for that commission $$$. Rude and unhelpful not ever going back there again. Eventually decided to go to sleep country at 72nd where a very helpful guy named Ricky assisted us and got us a brand name mattress for under 500 with delivery and warranty.

*please don’t go to The bricks (king George) you will waste your money and time* *Poor quality furniture *late delivery *defective products *useless customer services. *worst experience of my life. The most pathetic store have seen in my life. Worst services and n poor quality product. Last year we bought all the furniture for home and not a single peice delivered at the time. Delay in fine but everything they delivered with some defects and relplacing a defective furniture is like begging to them for which you have paid. We bought a bed suite with the warranty of 5 years in 6 months rails of the bed cracked.and now bed is broken badly. I called my sales person he said contact customer services and tried to call the lady was so stupid instead of sorry she starts argue. I deal with another lady in the month of March n today June 8 I haven’t get any reply. She didn’t bother herself to even inform delay. They are getting paid from the money which we are paying for the poor quality furniture and they are not even know how to deal with the customer problem....
