Avoid it at all costs!it is clear now why they have some many bad reviews Worse customer service ever! Don't try to get a financial services as it is a credit card that forces you to get their insurance and to cancel is a pain. Something you never asked and you still need to work to get cancelled. I bought and waited for 1 week with no sofa or dining set and on the delivery date, the driver called me once. I wasn't close to my phone so he left and a message was saying I needed to reschedule. They came back after sometime but I sent them away with the stuff which by the way came all in pieces and I was supposed to put together. If I have to do it, I go to Ikea. At least it is way cheaper! Never buzzed ... Clearly was just a way to skip the delivery.. The Brick... Never again!

Terrible experience tonight for 4 hours sale. The most disaster Customerservice . They had few customers around 8:15 but they act like a busiest store. I bought my furniture from united boulevard which where the best store with nice staf , unfortunately had to ask my question in the park Royal location. Haven’t seen such an inappropriate behaviour from staff and chaos in any other store. Never come back there & won’t recommend anyone this location.they could help me easily with spending only 5 minutes but didn’t .

Terrible experience. Before the purchase everything was fine and we were told the dining set is in stock and we can pick it up in three days. So we got rid of our old one to make room for the new!!! Long story short after several calls to sales person who completely ignored us, we got in touch with customer service which indicated part of the order is in stock and part of it is not, finally after a month received it and was a wrong color plus two of chairs were open and one was damaged while other one showed a slight use. Got into argument with the customer service lady who was very rude and disrespectful we ended up with store manager who was actually more understanding , offered us to exchange the damaged chairs plus $100 credit. We got the chairs exchanged after a week but never got the $100 credit and got ignored as usual with service desk after calling them twice. Horrible experience. A simple purchase made us go back-and-forth a few times plus several phone calls and headaches. I may just return the whole things for the principal of it. Never again buying from the brick.

Do not shop here. The sales people look at you as bait and only want to get their comission. Customer service has no idea what to do. I had to spend hours today because customer service did something wrong and then LIED about it instead of taking responsibility. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. If you don't want to spend thousands of dollars and be disrespected and lied to DO NOT SHOP HERE. I spent around $8000 here and I regret it so much. The customer service representative was extremely rude and irresponsible. I wish she would tell me her name. I definitely will email their HQ. They are lucky to have Fariba as she is the ONLY person who cares about the customer.

Told me they didn't carry a mattress protector that I had grabbed off the shelf in front of the manager. The item was incorrectly priced, and the manager went on to say it was a queen sized protector when it was clearly marked twin. She then stated that this particular protector didn't come with a warranty, but asked for all of my information for the 'warranty'. A 15 minute ordeal that could've been rectified in a single minute had they done business like any regular store.
