The management of this store needs to teach staff about preferred customer service practises. For example , in the past week I have asked two different employees about a product and its whereabouts. Instead of taking me to the product they just point at a section of the store and expect me to discover it without further assistance. There is an indifference towards the customer. Or as in the case yesterday an employee at the copy centre told me it was not their job to know about products outside their area and further I was told to find someone else to help me. You don't have be a 'rocket scientist' to see the problem here and the opportunity for modifying employee customer service behaviour to consistently create a lasting positive impression of the store.

I swear, every time I go to this store they overcharge me. It's either an advertised special (e.g. buy two, get a discount) that is not entered into their system, or sometimes it's the clerk who charges me for the same item twice. They are systematically dishonest! They have a huge selection of office supplies, so shop there if you need to. But be vigilant or they will screw you at the till.

Friendly staff, qualified people in the copy centre, and usually not much or any line ups. The layout is a bit confusing to me, there are some angled aisles, but there is a great clearance bin in the back corner with lots of good deals. Parking is just out front.

Seriously guys, what’s wrong with you! I needed to order smth for my office. Since average delivery time is over 2 weeks I decided to check if maybe a next door Staples has it. I had to wait 15 mins on hold just to ask if they had the item in stock. After somebody finally picked up the phone, the guy was doing me a favor while speaking to me. So the shop assistant confirmed that they have the thing and I went to a store. Among the visitors, there were just 2-3 people. Why the hell did it take so long to pick up the phone? And actually, the item that I was looking for was not in a store. You are terrible. Who does that?!

Some of the staff (like Brendan in the copy print center) are good but most of them are very rude and don't try to help at all.
