When I dropped by today, my expectations were low for my requirement. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased by the very swift and educated response to my problem! They knew what I wanted and in minutes provided me with a proof that was perfect! Great staff at the print shop. Less expensive and quicker then my last print job. I'll be back!

Guess I have to leave the minimum one star. I would've preferred to leave a negative amount. Website says something is in stock. Go to Staples. Item is not in stock. Gotohellstaples.exe. Manager is absolutely useless. I asked for help on locating something and he vaguely pointed in a direction and grunted. 10/10 will never return.

I regularly visit this Staples store, even-though I have closer alternative options, the staff hear have continually provided me superior service and really great suggestions of products to chose from. Several employees have even gone above and beyond what I would call CS. One employee even removed a whole shelf full of products to find me the last box of product that I needed. Very cool service and a nice happy environment! Obviously, the management are doing a great job !

Substandard service. Sept 8th, Saturday @ Approx 11:40 am. Went in to buy Sharpies. Came through the usual mall entrance on W Georgia St and down the escalators to find the mall entrance closed with a "sorry this entrance closed" sign. Ran back up the escalator, around the block and in the other entrance. Grabbed a pack of sharpies and returned to the cashier at the purolator desk. Waited while he talked to his co-worker for awhile, until holding up the item as a universal sign for "hey I'm not standing here for no reason." Cashier told me to wait and continued his conversation, with long "uhhhh's" and deep breaths through his mouth as he struggled to turn thoughts into words while I waited to purchase my item. He then told me to go to the other till. Eventually, I ran to the other till, conveniently located next to the mall doors that were closed and locked. I hope heavy rains flood this basement business where the customer is an inconvenience and interruption to paid mouth breathing.

I usually love going into staples as I am an avid customer and go in quite often. Unfortunately today I received some of the worst service from a superior employee. I began my visit with asking the first person i saw a trainee Josephine a younger girl to find me a box of staples copy paper in the pink box. She was unsure and asked her superior his name being a Ted an older fella. He immediately shot me down said it was a seasonal paper for breast cancer awareness month having purchased this paper all year around i told him and he still said i was wrong and was very rude to me and the trainee. If I could rate my service as 0 or anything below I would. Terrible, terrible service from Ted the supervisor at Royal centre location. I will not shop there again, I'd pay the delivery fee over getting treated like that. I recommend going to a different location If you must shop at staples
