Been dealing with this store for a number of years. Found the staff to be quite helpful and understanding. Their promotions are good value. Would be worth a try.

Great service at the print center. My office printer stopped working on day when I was printing a large number of documents. I went to this staple centre or a rush printing job. They were very helpful. I was able to finish my project in time!

Occasionally got the odd standard size paper printed out in black and white. Used to cost 10cent. Today I had to get one standard sized printed in black and white and the guy charged $2.40 for ONE STANDARD SIZE COPY!! BS!!

It is a big store. Service is very slow. It's hard to get someone to help you find what you want. If you are lucky to get the attention of a “helper” he seams oddly surprised about the interaction. Check-out can take a long time, too, as many of the stations are not opened. Despite the slow service, I always find what I’m looking for. The prices are fair .

Absolutely terrible. No customer service, horrible website (for uploading prints), no USB sticks to copy files to printer available (but you should buy them), no WiFi to send prints to printer, printing is ridiculously expensive. Never again, thank you.
