Hmm...no issues faced even though I've read the poor reviews. The staff that was there to help me choose a bed were very helpful. Delivery was also prompt.

I have a back pain for a long time , I went to The Brick and explain to a lady Name Leila, and she explained every thing about the different kind of mattresses to me and I bought one. It was great, her customer service was really good. I appreciate from her and the Brick company .

Sales staff are great and genuine people, but the products is absolute garbage. We obvisouly weren't expecting the best by choosing the brick, but we did wish that our couch and bed would not sag after 30 days (as we chose an extra firm bed). The after-service by the company that comes and inspect the product is awful. The guys are rude, arrogant and completely inconsiderate. They make sure to make you feel like the dumbest person ever by shutting you down when you explain what is wrong with the product. I left 5 min to let my dogs out during the 4 hours window they gave me and the guy was completely offended that he had to wait 2 min outside on a nice sunny day, I suggested for him to call when he leaves the job instead of when he arrives to avoid this kind of situation, but I got shut down pretty quick. Just rude. Sorry sir if I took the day off for you to come fix your crapy products for the 3 time and I stepped out for 5 min! Don't buy from the brick, save more money and buy else where.

Terrible experience with delivery of WASHER/DRYER, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BRICK - We purchased a washer/dryer about a month 1/2 ago. Sales person was very nice. However, once the machine was FINALLY in stock the delivery was awful. We still do not have the new units in our home and it has been three weeks of delivery dates.. First delivery date, the guys gave an excuse about unhooking the hoses from our previous machine, second delivery date (week later) the guy called the day of an hour before the time he was supposed to arrive and said he didn't have all the equipment he needed to install our new machines, third delivery date (a week later and thanksgiving Sunday) the guys came and told us that if they removed our old machine they would badly ruin our floors, we told them that was not true and that we would help carry them, they said they were going back to the truck and then just disappeared without telling us. All three times my husband had set up the previous machine to be taken out by unhooking the hoses and pulling it out from the wall, as well as stayed home with our two year old between the delivery times from 2:30-5:30. We paid for all of the added things such as delivery and install as well as to take our old unit, we were looking to make it as easy as possible for us. We are supposed to talk to the manager tomorrow but at this point it looks like they are not going to help us at all.
