Staff in the store were helpful and courteous. The credit application was done professionally and quickly. The delivery staff were also professional and friendly. Very careful in placing the furniture. We were told that the furniture would arrive in 2 - 3 weeks, from time of order. We didn't receive it until just over 5 weeks of placing the order.

It was the most painless experience ever. The two man crew called ahead of time as to the delivery. One person did a quick survey as to where the bed went. They had the entire bed installed within 15 minutes !! Absolutely no problems, they were quick, courteous and knew exactly what they were doing. Kudos to both !

Furniture was nice. Delivery guys were great. Didn't care for the two month wait. I still have to see how the furniture holds out. So far I give them four stars. Will keep you all posted.

The two gentlemen were very polite, plus easy to communicate with. It was a pleasure to meet them and they moved my furniture into and out of my apartment. I was thankful they could take my sectional to Habitat for Humanity. plus they did this in less than an hour. They also checked to make sure my new sofa-bed lounger worked plus made sure I understood how it worked. All & All a very pleasant experience.

Excellent experience. Very good representation of product in store and the delivery staff did a fantastic job of making sure our new furniture was satisfactory and placed it where we wanted it. 5 out of 5!
