Christmas 2017 Dec. I was prepared and used online flyers for gifts I was ready to spend 500. The sales rep appeared hesitant. I explained the items I was ready to purchase. He points towards where I would find my items on my gift list. Not satisfied with the 1 particular employee I was speaking with. Eventually I told him, I was prepared to spend about 500, I will shop items in other stores in Smithers who are more attentive to customers. Bought similar items at 3 others merchants and a major item from Best Buy in Vancouver later in December. Thanks, but no thanks I am now reluctant to go to this particular Source chain outlet.

Generally good service. Good with Bell mobility issues. Great in-house warranty

Went in to set up my brothers cell phone. The sales rep didn't know what he was doing. When asked if there was a rate plan that would fit my brothers needs he said "if I remember correctly there is a plan, but I'm not to sure!" How are you a sales rep for a cell company and you don't know what your company sells?!?! Especially in a small town where people would have to travel 4 hours to get to a bell corporate store. Not acceptable.

We stopped in early June. Maybe a Tuesday morning... in desperate need of a charger adapter for a tire pressure system on our 5th wheel. (After having tried a dozen other places in towns south/east of Smithers.) THREE CHEERS to the two young men who came up with the charger adapter setup that served us the next six weeks as we toured Alaska. Super kids and super smart!
