I've not had any issues at all. Over a year ago I was in need of a couch bed or something immediately because my son was coming to visit. I was considering one of their sets when one of the sales people suggested a futon that I could buy for cash. It was used but in reasonable shape and a reasonable price. I bought it. A few months later I wanted to get a couch and recliner for my living room. I ended up getting a set and have just about paid it off. I've never been harassed by employees, but then I pretty much always paid on time. They will call you if they have sales and all you have to do is tell them not to. Very simple. I do recommend them if you don't have credit or cannot get credit because that's what these guys are about. Some people are never satisfied and tend to blame others for their own downfalls. I deal with it every day in my line of work as well. Some will blame workers for what corporate policy has them do. Thumbs up! .

Good place to buy when you want new things, prices are ridiculous, but what can you expect from leasing. Biggest downfall of all is they call you the DAY your payment is due if it’s not paid by like noon or so. They will BLOW your phone UP! Can’t really say it’s surprising for a place like this though.

I should give them zero stars. Purchased items from these people, flat out liars and rip offs. Biggest regret I've made in the purchase of furniture, they will harass, and beg for you to purchase more because they know how crappy their company is which is why their sales are low...maybe if their employees weren't such a mess with their information when they sale their items I wouldn't be Leaving a nasty review. KEEP YOUR PROOF OF RECEIPTS. These guys will add more and more as a matter of fact I remember one gentleman even threatening to publicly humiliate them over them because they will steal your money happily. (This Review is clean compared to what I should say.)

They sell you used stuff and claim it's new and never been used ended up spending 2 grand on a couch turned out when we got it to our home it smelled of horrible horrible B.O. and had cigarette burns in it as well also got a recliner their delivery guys ended up ripping the fabric on it took three weeks before I got it back also ordered a bed set and they didn't even install it right ended up causing me to break a box spring also took them two months to finally get me a proper remote for a TV I got there they need help... Or new employees that give a damn... Literally went in and in two months spent 7 grand and I asked if there was a way we could get a discount sender we have spent so much... 30$ off my next purchase like your kidding? That's cheap... No more going through them.

Im only giving 1 star because i have to, if i could it would be 0. Worst customer service ive ever had. Im basically done with my paper work and Someone walks in behind me after I was told I could get it delivered today at 6pm to be told that I would have to wait tell Saturday cause they were going to deliver there stuff first. Get told one thing by one person and another by someone else. Mind you I live literally 2 mins from the store and it would not take them long at all to delivery to me. I was also told the truck had to drive past my house to go to another delivery. The manager was no help at all and was very condescending. I will NEVER return to this store. They might wanna think of a management change
