The indoor plant selection and sheer size of the store make this a five star. They have so much stock in every department. I know people who drive to this store from other communities just for their awesome selection of indoor plants at great prices. Huge store. Lots of parking. Right off the highway. Decent bathrooms.

Good clean store. Good customer service and fairly knowledgeable/helpful staff. On several occasions they didn't have on sale items available (the first day the sale started). Good selection of products in general.

This store has some of the most courteous n knowledgeable staff who for me instill a priceless added value to each product I've purchased there.

I was desperately searching for a specific item and phoned the store after being told from a few people on a swap and shop site that they seen the item there but the boy on the phone says no sorry I've never seen that or we've sold out.. but I decided to leave work and go in anyway to verify and found exactly what I was looking for so decided to mention this very politely- hey fyi- to the young girl at customer service she was extremely snotty via the look on her face, body language and the tone of her voice saying "I'm glad you found you found what you're looking for" and turned her back and walked away. Honestly customer service isn't hard if you've got the right attitude and like your job, everybody has a bad day but fake it, its easy. Sincerely a fellow customer service representative of 21 years.
