Exceptional. Very knowledgeable staff and not pushy at all. They let you spend time in store without high pressure sales tactics. Great selection and amazing prices. Highly recommend for your next furniture/mattress purchase.

We purchased a bedroom set many years ago from Rob’s. We recently upgraded to a king bed, and needed to change out the frame. Rob’s staff was eager to help us find the best match. Unfortunately the frame that was delivered had a manufacturing flaw. Without hesitation they replaced it and in a timely manner. We’re very happy with the result. Keep up the great customer service Rob’s. It makes your business stand out from the rest!

Thanks to Robs Furniture for the great service and deal on my sectional sofa! The delivery was done great and they set everything up and took out all the garbage. I will be coming back soon for my mattresses and recliners very soon.

I had a negative experience with Robs Furniture. I went in and picked out couches and fabric. We got the couches custom sized to our preference and were given a quote and was told we could apply for the credit card so we did not have to pay right away and would not be charged interest for a certain number of months. When i went back to put down a deposit and ask to apply for the credit card the salesman stated the manager would charge us more for the couches if we were to apply for the credit card. I was also told the manager said the quote was too low and wanted to charge us more either way. After some negotations we got the quoted price but had to pay in cash. We were told we would get a rush on the order because we had no furniture at home and had an upcoming event and guests would be staying at our house. The couches ended up taking longer than promised and when they arrived the chair was wrong fabric but the manager wouldnt change it and wanted to charge $800 to replace the chair!!!!! Not to mention the chair is uneven and rocks. I was told they would fix it and its been months and no one has gotten back to fix it. The manager is all about money and clearly not customer service. Never will shop there again and will be telling friends and family about our experience.

We had a great experience with Rob's! Excellent, friendly, honest customer service. Not pushy at all--just the perfect amount of helpfulness. We were looking for the best quality of leather we could find for a new leather couch. This was the only store that we looked at that had full grain leather advertised and at a reasonable price. We bought a beautiful leather sectional and had it delivered 3 days later. Kevin and Joe were excellent to deal with and we would definitely shop here again for future furniture :)
