EDIT: Sandy is taking care of me now, and she's AWESOME. I called in to express my concerns, and she offered to turn it all around. She booked me in right away and said she'll take care of me. The other reps should note that this is what good customer service looks like. It would be awesome if the other staff members could embody this same kind, caring, problem-solving approach.

This store is so frustrating and comes across at elitist. They seem to have reached a level of business where they simply do not care to answer customer questions, even pick up the phone (at the registry department), or fit customers in within a 4-week window. I find it pretty frustrating that you need to schedule an appointment to create a registry. Can't someone just give me a scanner and I can choose my own items? I called the registry department three times now without an answer trying to book in my appointment, and I was just told "well, no one's at the desk right now." I tried to schedule in an appointment previously, and their registry system was down. I asked the lady to call me back when the system was up to schedule in my appointment, and I was told, "well, I can't promise that someone will call you back." Really?! I feel like I need to send a carrier pigeon to get through to staff here. The ladies in the stroller/car seat departments are great, though. Super sloppy service and a nonchalant attitude elsewhere.
