This store has everything! Fantastic selection for all your baby needs and the customer service is impeccable! Jessie has helped us twice now, and she is incredibly knowledgable about all items! If you need a good place to start to learn everything you need for baby, go see Jessie! She was so patient with us and explained all of the items and answered all of our questions! We created our registry here and we have found every single item we need as first time parents. Huge thanks to Jessie for taking care of us, we really appreciate it!

I would really like to give this place a higher rating but sadly they lack in customer service in the management department. I registered here for my baby shower and had come in to purchase the remaining items off the registry! Firstly, certain items were only available online and I could not receive my 10% off of them and then when I went to the front to pay for the remaining items, over $3000 in value, there was a women training on the front desk and the person training her was talking to her so disrespectfully. After more than 20 minutes at the checkout, we finally completed the transaction and then there was no one to help me to my car (im 10 days away from my due date). When I spoke with the manager and told her about my experience and she didn’t care at all. It’s too bad for they have beautiful items in the store and the registry staff were great.

Had everything you need for a baby. It is not as large as a babies r us which is nice. This makes it not so overwhelming when looking/comparing items. Staff didn’t hound us like they do at the other place.

Place has lots of selections. Staff are hit and miss for helpfulness. Always long line up when paying because only 1 cashier. Cashier are incredibly slow.

EDIT: Sandy is taking care of me now, and she's AWESOME. I called in to express my concerns, and she offered to turn it all around. She booked me in right away and said she'll take care of me. The other reps should note that this is what good customer service looks like. It would be awesome if the other staff members could embody this same kind, caring, problem-solving approach. PREVIOUS RANT: This store is so frustrating and comes across at elitist. They seem to have reached a level of business where they simply do not care to answer customer questions, even pick up the phone (at the registry department), or fit customers in within a 4-week window. I find it pretty frustrating that you need to schedule an appointment to create a registry. Can't someone just give me a scanner and I can choose my own items? I called the registry department three times now without an answer trying to book in my appointment, and I was just told "well, no one's at the desk right now." I tried to schedule in an appointment previously, and their registry system was down. I asked the lady to call me back when the system was up to schedule in my appointment, and I was told, "well, I can't promise that someone will call you back." Really?! I feel like I need to send a carrier pigeon to get through to staff here. The ladies in the stroller/car seat departments are great, though. Super sloppy service and a nonchalant attitude elsewhere.
