Helpful staff! They got us a great deal on a new sofa and included a complimentary set of pillows. We're happy we stopped in.

Recently I visited the south surrey brick . I bought almost everything for my home from the brick.... Unfortunately I had some issues with dishwasher installation but it was resolved right away by their Sales Manager Raman. It was great service by the Manager. Well done.

Product quality has plummeted from what you’d once expect from the Brick. Go elsewhere for decently made furniture! Spent $2,000 on a couch, which started coming apart at the seams after 1.5 years... But the most disappointing part: the Brick won’t do anything if you don’t buy their extended warranty. Seems so wrong that you have to spend even more money just so you’re not stuck with a poor-quality, broken couch. Once the sale’s made, the manager of this store doesn’t care anymore. Huge let-down.

All staff were so helpful and did everything they could to make it work for me. Thank you to Yuvi, excellent customer service. I would come back in a heartbeat.

My girlfriend and I purchased a couch from Aileen this evening. Aileen provided excellent service, and while not pressuring us she was certainly persistent which as a sales person, I can appreciate. We felt valued as customers and would highly reccoemend Aileen. Thank you.
