Don't go if you look like you have a budget

SPOILER ALERT...if you have a warranty issue it it not worth the paper it is printed on! Any staining be it tea, a mark from your dog, sweat from sleeping or otherwise VOIDS the warranty. Doesn't matter if the mattress has sunk the 1.5 inches they say is unacceptable. Getting it cleaned doesn't work either. Apparently any moisture damages the material? You're hooped! Bet the company almost never pays out....... $2,500.00 down the drain. Getting one the water proof mattress pads might work if you can stand the clamie feel..... I couldn't. :-((

One of the best buying decisions we've ever made was at Sleep Country in West Kelowna. the sales agent took us through each mattress very thoroughly and taught us how to pick the right bed for us...we love it! thanks Sleep Country!

Bought a matress on a year end sale. One side of the matress had a deep depression in it. The warenty was no good. They told me there was nothing wrong with it. I spoke to manager and he decided to let me exchange it for another one for an extra 400 dollars and when I got the next one it was almost as bad as the first one. One side was firm and the other side caving in. I figure they sold me returns. I spent 1400 dollars for a second hand matress. It's maddening. I will never buy from them again.
