We had the most wonderful experience shopping at Lalji. There was no pressure with someone following us around. It was the first store we went to anticipating a full day of shopping and found our entire living room there. The customer service was exceptional. They have incredibly beautiful and very well made furniture. We had a great experience there. We are really looking forward to receiving our 2 sofas and chairs. We highly recommend this store. We received our chairs within the 8 week time frame. They are truly lovely chairs. We are very happy with them and would recommend Lalji Home to our family and friends. We would like to say that Kim Aitken is an excellent sales associate. She was friendly, asked all of the right questions and definitely sent us in the right direction. Extremely helpful with the facts and product. Thank you so much Kim we are looking forward to putting these lovely chairs to use.

Their excellent service extends even years after you purchase their furniture which is quite rare. If you have any issues, they will find a solution and help in any way they can. Also very friendly ans speedy replies to your questions.

I had an exact image of a couch I wanted and had the hardest time finding it until I walked into Lalji. They have customizable couches that let you pick the fabrics, the configuration, pillows, ect. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the outcome. It is everything I imagined and more at a great price and amazing quality. Thank you to Kim (she was amazing) for helping me and everyone at Lalji for the great experience.

We had a very nice experience with our visit to Lalji Home. Bihan was very attentive and helped us decide what would suit our needs without the usual sales pressure. He also makes the best cappuccino! I am looking forward to getting our new sofa delivered!
