We just got our kitchen knife sharpened for the last time at this location. You can see a wavy pattern on the knife edge near the handle and the bolster has not been shortened to meet the edge of the blade. This is one of the shoddiest knife sharpenings I have ever seen. I do not recommend to anyone who cares about the condition and longevity of their knives.

This store used to be my go-to for knife sharpening, when Evan worked there. He really knew his stuff. This week, I left my EDC CRKT Pilar in to have the edge repaired. The guy that did the sharpening did a terrible job. He rolled the edge pretty bad a d rounded the tip so much that it's not even pointy anymore. Please, train your staff better or get people people that don't just phone it in. I'm disgusted with this lack of care, and his attitude was equally bad. He pretty much just shrugged. I'm not impressed at all.

Brought in my knife for sharpening on a monday and was told it would be done by Tuesday so i let them know ill be able to pick it up by Wednesday and when i went in they hadn't even started on it. They told me it would be done in an hour so i wated a hour and a half and it still wasn't done. When i finally got my knife 2 hours later it was dull and had a terrible "new" edge to it. Would not recommend.

Great service and my knives always come out with an edge that rivals the factory edge.
