The worst store in this industry. They have good products but their service and promptness is pathetic. I don’t even feel like giving one star. The staff is incompetent and they will close doen if they don’t get their act together. They are not only upseting customers but also ruining the name of my city and homeland (Bombay) by providing such horrible service.

I just wish to express my satisfaction with the way I was treated when I came to do a return, this is a Company I have frequented every time I go into the Richmond Mall. The staff are welcoming, friendly and very helpful, something you don't come across very often in this day and age. The selection of product is beautiful, Traditional Styling has always had a place in my heart, it makes a HOUSE into a HOME. Thank you again, and keep up the good work. Joyce

Pretend high end, but not so good quality.

Store sells mostly older style of furniture. They have a good amount of inventory although prices are a tad expensive. There's not a whole lot of room to navigate a stroller so it's mostly a one way circle around the store.

Great selection of homely nicknacks. Their Christmas decor is unique and regal.
