Every time I've gone into this store, I've always been asked by associates if I need any help. They are all quite attentive. What I appreciate the most is whenever I call the store and ask about the availability of a product, someone always picks up the phone and is able to give me the answer very quickly.

Bought a couch here 4 years ago. It was my first time owning a couch with feathers in it, so I thought it was normal to have feathers falling through and poking me. Fast forward 4 years, I come back and tell a sales rep that I'm interested in another couch, but was having reservations, as I'm not prepared to deal with the crazy amount of feathers. He finds it odd that it's like that and encourages me to contact customer service. Excited, I contact customer service, just to be notified that there's actually not a lot of feathers coming through the fabric. You guys can be the judge. If this is not a lot, then I wonder how a lot actually looks like.

Customer service at this location in particular is EXCEPTIONAL. Every sales person or floor staff I have dealt with is always so friendly and helpful, without being pushy at all. Most retailers of this size the experience is usually passable, at best. Seriously, have you been to a department store, Canadian Tire, or Home Depot lately?
