I got an oil change at Canadian Tire, but the mechanic spilled oil over the entire exhaust manifold and over filled the engine by a half liter. The mechanics and senior management lied through their teeth repeatedly, telling me that they had checked the proper oil level and that my engine block could be cracked. Safe to say I will never go back and encourage everyone to avoid this store.

A tire puncture brought us in just past closing time. Fortunately, the tech had just punched out and the manager had him punch back in to help us out. It was a clean puncture, well away from the sidewall, so easy to patch. The tech, who seemed honest and nice, was done in about 15 min. Only downside was the price, a bit over $30 after taxes and fees.

Everything you need and more. Love the Christmas stuff. Prices are ok but if you can get a sale, they are great. Watch the flyers

Been in a few times this week and not once was I asked if I needed help even though I was wondering for a bit and having troubles with finding a couple things. It is just a bunch of kids working there but I feel they would rather socialize amongst themselves then do their job. **Update** Had to return the night light we bought, it didn't work. Brought the packaging and recipet, customer service was trying to tell me I couldn't.....it never worked. I also needed to exchange a package of Mason jars as I grabbed the wrong size. I walked in with both these items and went to go grab the other stuff I needed and the other jars. Customer service could not find the jars on my receipt and said I was never charged, which I was. I just told her to do a straight exchange and she then accused me of stealing them. I told her I walked in with these, she didn't believe me and phoned her supervisor. Her supervisor as well accused me of trying to steal and said if I left with them then that would be considered theft! I told her to look at the cameras, I walked in with them...she asked another girl to come up which took forever....she tried to say they were busy! Which is a joke because it was not at all and the workers were all just walking around in pairs chatting amongst themselves. Now the 2 of them are still saying I'm stealing! I got their managers name and left with my jars. When I got home I checked the receipt and what do you know there they are! Absolutely disgusted that they could embarrass someone like that! I have now contacted the manager and left a message and have not been contacted back. I will no longer support Squamish Canadian Tire! I will get my money back for these jars and purchase them elsewhere.
