Went shopping for an item for Christmas...the item was not on display, but it said on line that it was carried at the store.... we asked a staff member for help and looking in computer it was stored in the back. The staff could not find the item and rather than telling us it was out of stock,(cause the computer said otherwise) they kept looking & looking... I think we had 2 managers, 3 stock persons, and 2 others all helping us. We felt so special! The hard work paid off after about 30 min wait.... our item was hidden behind some other boxes in the stock room. 😊We left happy with 2 guys helping us to our car. Kudos to the staff. A+

Large store. Good parking. Self-checkouts minimize checkout lines. Look for 75% off sales, sometimes CT has unbeatable deals. Also has a great return policy.

Customer service on the floor, aside from the odd few people that genuinely help, is almost non existent! The products and generally good and their membership benefits are good. Return policies have been very good. Auto service department has consistently been very bad. I've used them for tire change to oil change to regular brakes and check-up. They have done a mediocre job at best. Most of their employees are not trained well and generally have a nonchalant, inattentive attitude towards helping customers. I've been going to this store for the last 10 years or so and haven't seen a different in their hiring practices. Appears that they mostly hire Part time students who can't care less. It would be good to see a change.

I am giving two stars, as an average. I purchased four new winter tires and had them installed by this location. The bad: Woke up the next day with a flat in my parking garage and was informed it would be a few hours to have someone come repair it. I would have changed it myself but unfortunately dont have the jack or wrench to do it. So definitely wasn't happy about that. The good: Customer service. Friendly. Quick for the apointment, and everyone was apologetic and helpful when it came to getting it repaired. It just took longer than I would have liked. 4/5 Customer Service 1/5 auto service.

Thank you for having those shopping carts that kids can ride in safely while loading it up with equipment. Also that order at the wall thing looks super interesting. Gotta try it one day.
