Bought an expensive recliner, but when it was delivered to my house - we realized it had lots of defects. When i addressed the issue - the owner refused to reply and the lady in charge accused of us lying. We are still waiting for a response from the owner after sending emails, pictures of the defects, but the owner refuses to respond. This is not the treatment we were expecting after paying $1400 for the recliner. We feel ripped of. Extremely poor customer service.

One of the best stores in the area for great furniture pieces, framing and amazing art.

Friendly knowledgeable and courteous Garry, Donya, and Darryl are a pleasure to work with. I've purchased numerous pieces over the years and had countless pieces of art framed. I won't go anywhere else for framing whether it's a print I purchased, a degree I've earned or the hockey jersey my son was given.

I found their customer service to be top notch. Dianne and Barb went above and beyond to help me with my purchase of family room furniture. They arranged for me to see the furniture I saw in a catalogue that I was interested in at the wholesaler in Richmond which no other furniture store bothered to offer me. Dianne also followed up with me the following day to make sure I was properly taken care of and wanted to know how my experience was at the wholesaler. I was extremely impressed. There was no pressure as well and their prices are extremely fair.
