Very knowledgeable staff who are interested in selling you the right product. I got both my office and home office chair from them and am very satisfied. I first went to them because I was suffering piriformis and had pain shooting down both my legs and desperately needed an ergonomic chair. I was able to try out multiple chairs and was even encourage to spend extended period of time sitting on the chair to see if it is truly a good fit for me. I've never seen more patient and knowledgeable staff.

Knowledgeable staff that can figure out and recommend the right thing for your needs. My wife was getting pain when using her keyboard so Ember recommended a couple different keyboard trays which have helped a lot. The first recommendation wouldn't fit under our desk but the second one fits perfectly and my wife is very happy with the results. They are very knowledgeable about ergonomics and a properly designed workspace. I recommend them.

I visited this place to find work desk and chair. They were able to accommodate me to come in for consultation on a short notice. It took couple of hours since they didnt have smaller sizes dor my fit but they have tons of selections. They were so attentive and very very helpful. They connected with my employer right away once they figured out the custom design for my chair. They deal with a lot of corporate offices - very professional service.

What I love: My chair is amazing!!! We have been looking for good real leather gaming chairs for quite some time with no luck. Everything we found was fake leather and not at all comfortable. These chairs are totally ergonomic with excellent lumbar support. They can be adjusted in every way! The seats are so comfy and the leather is buttery soft. You can even choose your leather colour(s)! The castors we chose (not pictured, as they arrived later) make us feel like we're gliding on a cloud across the floor. When we first got them home, my husband thought he was going to fall asleep in the chair, as he was so comfortable. We sit in our chairs for long periods of time, as we are both gamers. This is the first time we have ever had such a pleasant experience over the course of several hours. This would also work as a high end executive chair in an office. Ember is AWESOME! She knows her stuff and is super helpful! What I'm not a big fan of: The price is super expensive; however, Ember got us the best deal she could. I really appreciated that! The first lady who helped me seemed to know nothing about the products they sold. In fact, she would tell me certain chairs we were looking at were leather, when they were not. She made quite a few mistakes and I requested to only have Ember assist us via email later. Thank you SO much for taking so much time with us Ember! You're fantastic and we love our chairs so much!!!

My experience in the showroom was fine, despite them not having many options in my size for me to try, but I have been very disappointed that they will not stand by their product. In their showroom they were only able to show me one brand of chair in my size (I need a petite chair), but I really liked the memory foam seat on another chair. They suggested that I pay extra to have a seat with similar foam added to the chair I knew was my size. Upon delivery the chair does not seem to have a memory foam seat at all. It feels like cheap, regular, foam, and you can feel the hard frame of the seat barely pushing down hard on the seat. I can barely sit on the chair for an hour without having to stand up. I expressed my disappointment with the chair -- apparently there is nothing they can do but sell me a $50-$100 cushion to go on top. Not pleased at all with this response. Would have thought $650 would have been enough to get a comfortable chair, but apparently not. Would not recommend buying ANYTHING you are not able to try in the showroom, they will not stand by a product that you are forced to buy sight-unseen.
