Yes, I have been to the shop when it was in sidney. As per the other reviews, the owner was extremely lacking in customer service and friendliness. Word of mouth and a good review will help you succeed in today's day and age. Changing locations will not help you. But improving your customer service might!

Slow and unprofessional: I dropped off a piece to get reupholstered, and was given the quote. I responded over email that it would cost too much, but apparently the upholstery had already been done, without my permission. They put the original materials back on, and this process took two full months. I went in a week ago to pickup, but it wasn’t ready yet. Once it was ready John, the owner, said I have two days to pick it up or he will “dispose of it”.

Terrible service, owner is extremely rude and gave attitude to a friend of mine; Potential customer! Too bad for them. Problems with businesses not understanding the importance of customer service and how networking is so important.
