bad attention, buy an item and I received another, the shipment is delayed and always take it incomplete. and when you visit the agency to solve the problem no one is responsible. They show you a piece of furniture and they have the nerve to charge you and in the end they sell you what they have not what you really want. I would not buy it again in this store and I would not recommend it to any family member or friend.

Great experience with Cara, she was knowledgeable, honest and not pushy. I stopped in to just look at sectionals and came back and bought one!
